In 2016, he returned with Dental Volunteers for Israel to spend two weeks working at the Trudi Birger Clinic, a nondenominational clinic that provides free dental treatment for needy children. Having a multitude of cavities along with erupted permanent teeth, she was always attending the dentist and orthodontist as a child. She knew she wanted a job where she could independently take care of her family and realized that dentistry was the answer.
