After his undergrad he became interested in dentistry, so he completed post-graduate work and Dental Mission outreach trips to Central America which further clarified his ambition. Following the completion of his postgraduate studies and a brief teaching school tenure, he attended the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. He participated in an advanced preceptorship in oral implantology and subsequently received the outstanding achievement award. When Dr. Peters first started practicing in Santa Barbara, he created a mobile dental program to serve over 20 different retirement centers, it was the first program of its kind on the central coast. As part of the program he established dental clinics in these facilities and developed a line of portable equipment to serve the dental health needs of the community residents. Dr. Bryan Peters has been practicing for over 28years and continues to enjoy his role as a Doctor serving the dental health needs of the Santa Barbara community.
