After a General Practice Hospital Residency, he then did his Endodontic Residency at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Indianapolis, earning his specialty degree in 1982.Dr. Yee became the first Endodontist in Private Practice in all of Hawaii to obtain Diplomate Status with the American Board of Endodontics in 1988. He is a past President of the Maui County Dental Society as well as a member of the Hawaii Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontists, the American Board of Endodontics and the College of Diplomates. He is a lifetime member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Fraternity. He is active in both Dental and Endodontic Study Clubs and has participated in International Dental Missions.
